But now the old case and the new will not tell apart. So I had to tape the halves together with duct tape. Now it works both ways. The company that does this should do more research and create a solution so that regular people can use this product without any problems. I did this job, my wife would give it back. My wife is happy with hers even if it doesn't work in the key slot. The button side of our two old ones was in terrible shape (we looked at the electronics that actually pushed the button on the circuit board. I still don't regret picking this up as it still saved me a lot of money.
