It really works!: Measuring and Marking Tools
So simple, yet so effective. Two magnets make it easy to find drywall screws. The magnet will hang on the wall - mark with a pencil, then find the nearest line above it (15 to 22 inches) and mark it. Then you know the approximate width of the wall shelves. Each time it was possible to screw directly into the racks. The expensive wall scanner I had was less accurate than this cheap tool that clips to my metal tool cabinet so it doesn't get lost.
