Simple and effective

It was so easy to use. Note that the power button is a two-position switch with the center off. Left is bottom light, right is top light. Intensity control works for any selected light source. Focusing is very easy and precise. You probably don't need to wear glasses as I was able to remove my reading glasses and use this viewing table elevation control to focus perfectly. Only the two lower magnifying glasses could be used. The highest magnifying glass on the tower hasn't been used yet and I doubt it ever will as it's too powerful. It's not a range issue as it applies to every range I'm sure. Increasing to 1000 or even more than 600 is not generally used. I'm no expert, but I've heard this from experts. So any scope you buy with a magnification of 1000 or higher is more of a publicity stunt. I still give it 5 stars because the bottom two loops are commonly used settings and work great. I'll keep trying the 3rd loupe and see if anything comes of it, but the 2nd loupe is so powerful that the depth of field is very shallow. So it makes sense that the third most powerful magnifying glass is almost impossible, if not entirely, to be used. But then again, this will be the case with any scope you buy. It runs on batteries, but when you plug in the AC adapter, it switches from battery to AC power. There is a mechanical switch that is activated when the power supply is connected. A nice effect is that when you focus with the 10x eyepiece and then switch to the 25x it stays in focus pretty well. The fine adjustment works great. Under the table is a spinning wheel that alternates between seven capacitor holes of different diameters, but that had little effect on me. I would prefer to alternate lenses with color filters. I can find some colored plastic and modify this block to rotate multiple colors. Overall, this area works great. It's not too big and doesn't need to be assembled. Therefore, it can be easily returned to the storage box. However, with a small lid. It also fits standard cameras in place of an eyepiece.
