Keeps disconnecting

Belkin Customer Service is the worst thing I've ever called. They advise calling and then pressing option 4. Then it just hangs. I tried the online chat back after 10 minutes and fourthly they advise me to call the same number and press option 5. It also hangs up immediately. The worst experience I've had in a long time. Looks like I lost $140! Not recommended!
