That would be 5 stars but there's always a but. I set this to 06 5.9. No probe mount screw for one. and I have a 2nd generation Industrial Injection swap and it retains the intake manifold stem. When installed, the manifold itself was about 1 inch longer and about 1 1/2 inches from line with the intercooler hose. So I took the boot that came with it and swapped it out for the underside intercooler boot and used the old intake manifold intercooler boot. kind of pain. but it worked. However, I have not tested whether the modification works under load (about 20-30 psi). ***will update you***
