After initially reliable service, after 3 months the product did not start when switched on. It took 20-30 minutes for anything to "happen". Comments online have confirmed that my problems are not just related to my system. Also, on at least two occasions, I've noticed MS Word slowly unraveling before my eyes while creating a critical, time-sensitive presentation. However, I was able to restore my backup. While still under warranty, I have an important Zoom presentation in two weeks so I can't send it in for diagnosis. It also gobbles up a month or more of warranty coverage. I mainly use my ASUS VivoBook for word processing, powerpoint presentations and telepsychological health. No fancy games or other high-tech applications are used. Simply put, this device is NOT capable of providing stable service. Save money, shop elsewhere.
