It was amazing while they were working. The sound quality was good for the price and they fit my ears perfectly, which is usually an issue for me. After two months they stopped working. They turned off during use and never turned on again. I tried multiple chargers and outlets and also did a hard reset according to the instructions. No sign of life from them. I contacted MonsterVIP about a guarantee. A week later they responded with a request to explain my issue in more detail (I was very detailed in my original post and gave all the troubleshooting steps I followed). I've responded with questions and troubleshooting but never received an answer. A week later I responded again, asking about turnaround times and again providing details of my issue in case my original response was missed. Another week has passed and I still have not received a reply from them.
