Based on the reviews I bought my 10 year old daughter who is 62 pounds plus size. The swimsuit is made of dense material of good quality and bright color. She loved it, the length is perfect for her torso but the leg holes are too big. They sag despite the rest of the bathing suit, making them impossible to put on. She's petite, but all of her other swimsuits are oversized and don't have ripped legs. She really wanted to keep it and keep it to see if it would suit her next year. We didn't return the bathing suit and hid it until next summer. If your daughter is similarly built, tall and thin, I would either go down a size or wear a different swimsuit. If your daughter is fat or stocky, this is a very cute and comfy option.
