Flexibility to manage clients and their accounts efficiently

The ability for me as an account manager, or any other member of our team has been able make changes without having access in house IT department! This allows us time management flexibility that would not be available with just using internal resources only if you are lucky enough get someone who can do it at all within 24 hours!! I don't have anything negative about this software so far but i am sure there will come up something eventually when we use more than one system together which may cause some trouble down line maybe? We're trying out different platforms now like Datalogix & NPS etc., But still very new into these kind off systems compared how long they've existed already since 2010's launch date (DATALOGIX).

  • Easy integration between multiple vendors' softwares via API connection such Salesforce Marketing Cloud / SAP SuccessFactors CRM
