Great company and product
Customer support definition. When the lock button was broken from an accidental fall, I contacted the lock button to fix the part. Knob Stopper had no questions about how the product broke, they only asked questions to ensure they were sending in the correct product for repair. Then repair parts sent at the expense of Knob Stopper and gladly done! Stopper handle works great. Since the Stopper Knob was put into service, there has never been an accidental ignition of a gas burner. Easy to use and makes my home safer.
