Overall I like it but the faux fur trim is tolerable but not as fluffy and fluffy as I would like. Putting the coat back on after washing is also a headache! It's such a fight. Inserting decorative buttons into the buttonholes, which are tiny pocket slits on the collar, is trickier than it should be. Snapshots would be better. The size is a bit big but that's my fault. I wanted room for layers, including an oversized sweater, and based on most reviewers' advice to order two sizes up, I did; but it turns out I could only go one size up, or maybe even the normal size I am. Although you can still wear it. I washed it and put it in the dryer against the instructions and it came out just fine, no shrinkage or anything bad (I was actually hoping it would shrink a bit). (I was wondering why they had this guide as I have coats in my house made of the same material but with no drying restrictions.)
