A++ I usually take 2 pre-workout and 2 post-workout pills

. I usually take 2 pre-workout and 2 post-workout Tablets for 15 minutes (after training) . My workout time is usually between 45 minutes and 1 hour. I love this product and can tell the difference when I work. I haven't had any problems or symptoms while taking this product either, it just seems like I want to work hard but I don't think it's really that bad. Look for supplements, so maybe 2 months on and 1 month off (or 30 days on and 1 week off) something like that so you can actually see the effects when you go back to the product. As with our body and our supplements, its adaptability means it can have less of an impact if it gets too used to it. Overall I think the product is great and would recommend it. In addition, the tablets are quite large, so I give 4 stars for easy swallowing. But it's a smooth (not rough) coated tablet, so larger tablets are easier to swallow.
