This item had a defective fan assembly and was not working. The 30 day return window only closed 3 days ago. Buyers should be aware that you must unbox and test immediately (and save the box), because if that doesn't work you'll be stuck with a large, expensive, useless piece of plastic. I'm working with Honeywell to possibly replace it as I can't return it now. Should it turn out that I receive a working device, I will update my review. **UPDATE** Despite the one-year warranty on the box, Honeywell will not support this device. They said it's a USED device so they won't support it but will EVERYWHERE the ad says it's in use. This is the worst kind of scam and I am appalled that Honeywell has such terrible customer service. I will NEVER buy any other Honeywell product. I have a $120 paperweight!
