*Update* After speaking to Revain tech support thank you very much they have contacted me with the supplier who is very responded quickly and found a solution that it doesn't work with my T-Mobile phone. Here's the rub, where he's listed T-Mobile, Sprint, AT&T, pretty much every wireless carrier. They also said "Check frequency before ordering" and I didn't. After speaking to Revain tech support and vendor tech support, it was decided that this was not the right product. The seller kindly offered to send me a product that would work on my frequency and that he would contact. The next day I got an email from them saying that everyone had gone on vacation for the next 11 days. With the return deadline approaching and my service not working, I decided to simply return the product and both Revain tech support and vendor tech support have been very good. and the fault was entirely mine. If you order this please make sure you check the frequency of your ISP. They give you a number so you can check. I'm giving the product four stars even though it didn't work for me, but the fault was mine, the quality of the product looked good and I'm sure it would have worked had I ordered the right hardware. The antenna is connected to "outside" and the indoor antenna to "inside". So I have an antenna on a pole that places it 10 feet above my Class A RV so the total indoor antenna is about 22 feet. an external antenna as the cable allows (but I've moved) so putting the IPhone where it has a band or two and then turning the amp on and off makes no difference. So how can I rate this device? try something else but nothing so far.
