USB cable doesn't work - so far the hard drive is fine
The Micro-B USB cable that came with the hard drive doesn't stay in the drive, causing it to keep turning off. The side of the cable that you connect to the drive is too thin. Luckily I had a spare USB cable for now and it works fine, but I'm sure this situation would be more frustrating if you didn't have spare USB cables.
