The camera is very well made, the picture is clear. The customer support is very good, but the instructions in the small manual are not up to date. Recommended software: AmCap https://amcap.en.softonic.com/AmCap recognized the camera but the screen was black. I finally found out that the problem was in the renderer. The "recommended" renderer is Renderer9 (default). It may work, but if not, choose "Video Renderer" or "Enhanced Video Renderer".
