I don't know why I let all the good reviews fool me. This mic/transmitter makes all sorts of noise and static. It has to be properly placed in your phone and never move or slide, and even then there's all sorts of white noise. I bought this to get rid of white noise and instead I ended up with more noise than I had when I started. Don't ignore the reviews here complaining about the sound quality. You are legal. I don't know if I got a bad device and good reviewers somehow got a good device, but I can't work with that. I've tried several times. At first everything might be fine, but then I only hear white noise during playback.
