Excellent support team & ease of implementation

We were looking for a KYC software that could be used for both B2B and B2C companies. Clarity KYC was very easy to set up and use, and the customer service was very responsive and helpful. They were also very flexible with our request for customization. There is nothing I dislike about Clarity KYC. I would highly recommend Clarity KYC! We are solving the need to comply with various regulations such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Clarity KYC is helping us to ensure that our customers are actually who they say they are. We are also improving our own internal processes and policies.

Pros

It worked well across different browsers / devices etc., so you do not have worry if your users will experience difficulties using this product/platforms during signup process especially new user onboarding phase where we had multiple steps
