It's very convenient to wash the floors if you do it on your hands and knees.
Keeps your knees warm during squats at the gym. These knee pads are also good for one-handed dumbbell rows - keep your knees on a soft surface. I haven't washed their knee pads yet, so I don't know about the wear resistance after washing.
