Update: I was partially compensated for a strap that was NOT sewn to the thin black strap attached to the bottom of the bag as on the left. (I couldn't ship in a bag for reasons) and so far the bag is roomy and good. You can install the Xbox without disconnecting the cables from the console. I was told that this was a bug and shouldn't happen again. I hope this is not a good bag! Hard to find these days, wish it had a good review. But a strap is not sewn into the back! Like the factory screwed up and a strap came loose from the bottom strap of the backpack. I just can't even take the time to go back. It's perfect, but that's why I can only give two stars. I was so sad. I could get loaded gear and I know they would certainly put a strap on. But with an unknown brand you can never be sure. I'd be fine with a broken zipper, but not with an open strap! Check your inventory folks :( Reviews looked good.
