Easy to use; very intuitive interface for new users, no training required! The support is excellent - they have been responsive every time I've had questions or issues since we started using their product in January of this year. We are able to customize our solution with many modules/features that other products do not offer (eCommerce). There's so much functionality built into one platform it can be overwhelming at first but once you learn how to navigate around all the features your business will run like clockwork! They also provide live demo accounts which allows us to see exactly what each module looks like before implementing them within our own system. This has saved me countless hours trying different solutions out there as well.
