How can someone change their rating from 5 to 1? SIMPLE when it breaks and calls or emails go unanswered. The handle broke and now I can't change lanes. $110 and no response from anyone. Great product until you need warranty support.----------------------------------------------------- -- ------ ------------------------------- The controls are a bit strange to use from the start. But there is a huge kick in terms of sound! I've had comments from people saying they didn't realize it was my speaker making all that noise. However, the battery life is not what you would normally expect. Still worth the hundred dollar price.
