TV and video software is rubbish

As long as the software doesn't have a firmware update and the fact that it works like crap, amazing hardware but crap software keeps crashing and needs to be reset multiple times, very frustrating, can only flash and install a new OS on it, folks, you have to keep the customers happy if you want to continue the business 😐

An upgrade to 11.0 is not worth it at all with this device

We already have a previous version of this device. Updated we thought we could access the apps we couldn't get with our other box. It turns out this is no different. The app's only update was to use YouTube as an app instead of a browser version...in person. that an application is not worth $$. We sent this unit back and just kept using our old box as there is no difference in application availability in our opinion.

There are better and simpler devices

It is very difficult to navigate the TV screen, you have to switch between mouse and mouse click. Lots of buffering even with download speeds over 100. Let's get back to mecool or nvidia.

I used it to watch my HBO Max in 4K resolution. The remote control took a little getting used to. Although there are no problems with that 😁

More than just a practical and customizable streaming box

I needed a streaming box to connect to my non-smart TV and I looked at options from big companies but they are all expensive but not very powerful. I found this Android box with 128GB storage and 4GB RAM along with a remote control and mouse/keyboard combo joystick. I thought it was the complete package and bought it. It didn't disappoint. Worthless.

Nice box for the price but very annoying to use. I have several movie streaming apps installed as well as regular apps like Verizon etc. Everything worked the first day, but after that connection problems started. It shows it's connected to my Wi-Fi, but apps like YouTube say there's no internet. In addition, some applications kept crashing or had bugs. Worst of all, there's no power button or soft reset, even with a keyboard remote this device doesn't respond to a simple Alt-Ctrl-Del reboot…

90 percent good: streaming media player

This box was good in almost every way until I measured its WiFi speed. Build quality was good, nice user interface and many available apps to choose from. I had high hopes for this box. The deal breaker was the terrible Wi-Fi performance. This box is equipped with 2 antennas, internal and external. Probably dual band 2.4 and 5 GHz.
