I had a laptop for less than a year, I bought it in October last year and it completely turned off. Moderate use, I've always been very careful with my belongings and the fact that it wasn't even connected to the internet (as of today) really pissed me off considering I paid $640 for the product (at the time). . It may have an attractive fit and finish, but the device turns itself on and off. I assumed these were updates to the device, but I'm not sure at this point. Holds a charge no more than 3-4 hours including standby time(s). When working, streaming etc the laptop freezes and shuts down, no attempt to reboot itself and as soon as I run diagnostics to look for the problem(s) the system says no such problem was found. a very aesthetically pleasing laptop and if you want to spend and pay another $80 for nothing. An HP recommended product that is essentially a gimmick (pen), go for it. Despite this, the compatibility ratio between pen and laptop leaves a lot to be desired. To be honest. Don't buy this.
