These appear to be good electronic ballast LED bulbs. I have returned others from another seller who didn't have one - stay away from the cheapest ones. They each have 24W (12V 2A) and can be operated with AC voltage (the current falls as the voltage rises). Another benefit is that the COB LEDs are located on four sides of the cold finger, providing better beam uniformity. Small problem - mounting COBs without thermal paste - that could be an improvement. I doubt they put out more than 5000 lumens, although the display adds brightness for two bulbs. Therefore I give 4 stars. So that's a little misleading. But it's a good start to replacing a blown bulb. Be sure to pay attention to the polarity during installation.
