RunStatus provides great transparent capabilities to businesses and their operations
The best thing about runstatuses is that it allows us (the owners) not only manage our customers but also interact with them through this platform which gives more transparency in customer services management than ever before! This has helped my business immensely by allowing me have better control over all aspects regarding how we communicate directly from one another via chats/messages etc., I highly recommend you use if your looking into real time communication between clients /customers & staff members alike! Nothing really atm i dislike however there are some features like customising notifications where sometimes its hard getting everything just right so take note when setting things out because once set nothing changes unless u change again.
- It works as intended; very simple, straightforward interface for both users who sign up AND those using chat or message system to send information back each other quickly without much effort involved :) easy navigation within program's dashboard too.not complexly crowded making finding what needed quick enough !!! great stuff :D thankfully imo..easy peasy!!! ; ) no complaints here =] keep going guys..im excited seeing new developments
