Helpful, but maybe choose a coat with hearing protection.

The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it doesn't cover my dog's two most sensitive areas (ears and base of tail). So those areas still get wet causing him to shake off the water causing me to get wet. I even went for the largest size and it still doesn't cover the base of his tail or his ears. Plus he likes wearing it and it keeps him from getting completely wet every time we drop by. Rain and I've learned to wear a raincoat to stay dry. So take what you want with you.
