UPDATED 4/16/21 : Quickly received a replacement charger cradle from the supplier. It includes an iPhone 12 Pro. The phone "sticks" to the charger and feels completely secure. The light at the base changes color to let you know the iPhone is charging. If you want to turn the light off at night, the on/off button at the base of the light is easy to find and press. Not sure why the first didn't work, but the second changed a lot, taking that and making it a five star hotel. I recommend buying it to easily charge and remove the phone if there is an incoming call while charging. UPDATED 4/22/21: The company offered a replacement without my request. That's good customer service. I will try and check the second one. Four stars for the successor. It doesn't hold an iPhone 12 or 12 Pro on the charging pad. Tried both my wife's iPhone and my iPhone and both iPhone charge controllers. If you leave the phone charged, it will charge. Placing the phone on the base charger will charge the iPhone and the iWatch dock will hold and charge the iWatch. I bought this product to charge my phone at night and use it as a night watch, so it's really useless for my purposes. Two stars because it serves other devices. I would not recommend purchasing this stand for use with an iPhone.
