Used to inflate the exercise ball (other brands air pump worked and worked but failed to inflate the ball to the correct size and got very hot). This Chamvis pump quickly inflates the ball to the correct size. Additional functions. Powerful and fast. Lots of nozzles for inflating different types of inflatables, but as far as I can tell they don't match the valves used on hoops or basketballs. The only reasonably priced pump I've found powerful enough to inflate exercise balls quickly and easily. A few tips for those new to ball inflation: 1) Your new ball will be flat. The initial cool blow dry will make it easier to insert the Chamvis pump outlet. 2) Place the ball with the inflation hole on one side, allowing the pump and ball to rest on the ground when inflating. 3) Be sure to follow the instructions for the initial inflation stages - a new ball cannot be inflated to the desired size and used on day one.
