Works, I've used it a few times and it's holding up great. My only issues with it are: 1. Doesn't hold its shape at all. When I use a shoulder harness, my cat's sides fold up and she has no space, so this feature is completely useless. 2. It can only really be attached to the car by passing the seat belt through the handle. It's a little impractical but it's not a big deal, I just thought I should mention it because I didn't take it into account when I bought it. Basically I say you get what you pay for. There are better carriers, but they will cost you more. If you just want an inexpensive operator that works, then I would recommend it. It's great for short trips like regular vet visits etc. I bought the small size, my cat is 8lbs and fits well but I don't think a larger pet would fit. (see image)
