I bought this carrier for my kitten who we adopted when he was 4.5 weeks old. She loves her carrier! She sleeps on it sometimes, so it's a little crooked now. It's firm underneath so she doesn't feel uncomfortable, but soft enough that she can sleep soundly and feel my presence when I hold the stretcher on her lap. In fact, she loves her carrier so much that when we leave her, she sits on the mesh opening and plays with it!

The transport box was fine. I didn't have a problem with that, but my daughter obviously didn't realize when she placed the order that our cats are much more than a carrier. It worked but it could have been a lot roomier and she should have ordered a larger size. We are not currently investing in another as we don't usually take our pets too often. They are not good travelers so their home is the best place. Thank you for your services.

Works, I've used it a few times and it's holding up great. My only issues with it are: 1. Doesn't hold its shape at all. When I use a shoulder harness, my cat's sides fold up and she has no space, so this feature is completely useless. 2. It can only really be attached to the car by passing the seat belt through the handle.
