Best pre-workout for running and other cardio

No tremors, no crashes and helps me enjoy my run without feeling out of breath. It definitely helps transport oxygen to the lungs more efficiently, so my muscles don't hurt when I run. Best Pre-Workout for Cardio - Other pre-workouts I've tried (and I've tried quite a few) have left me feeling aggressive and irritable, like I'm supposed to be pumping iron (I'm a girl and this is not my thing). , and/or I felt some kind of breakdown when they disappeared. Update: I tried the pineapple flavor and LOVE IT! For that special flavor, the powder actually thickens as you add water. You can chew this stuff! Not sure if I have a bad batch but I will never buy a pineapple mango again. However, fruit punch and watermelon are still great.
