This is a good material, feels good, but something is wrong with the tolerances. I have the original Xbox One controller, but when I attach the replacement case I can't use the D-Pad (bottom or left). The D-Pad is loose enough to move, but can't be depressed enough to hear a click or let the Xbox recognize that I'm depressing it. It defeats the purpose of buying a new shell if that shell disables controller functionality. Update: It looks like the tolerances are fine, it should just be off center. This is the only thing I can think of as the normal shell works fine and the new one just disables the down/left arrows. The sticker on the controller is also very inconsistent. Most (half?) of the blue fire looks like a high-resolution image, but other parts of the fire look pixelated and of low quality (see images).
