This is the best lotion I have ever used and I have tried too many lotions! It's thick so it moisturizes well and stays hydrated for days when needed. I consider this company to be one of the best brands and for my family and family's year round skin and body care this is the best and only thing we use now. We tried Cetaphil [cream and it works well but not as thick as this one but I'll mention it here because it's my second favorite]. I also thought I found a $1/1 dollar substitute in the store in the form of Dermasil. However, I've found that it's best for summertime when your skin doesn't need as much moisture. And now I understand that this will not serve my purposes. Again, this is the BEST LOTION. For all your skin needs. I use the same lotion for my face and body. There is no need to use anything else. It might be too thick for some, that might be the only downside, but for us it's perfect!
