I got this cat hammock for my cat and as always there was a problem. As you can see in the picture one of the suction cups doesn't remain unusable and I followed the instructions but it didn't matter. I sent Pet Prestige a message with no reply. It remains only to write to the company, but the address is in London. I tried other sites but couldn't find any suitable suction cups. Because you know it's not safe.
