Motor Malfunction in my review

Received my vibration plate a week ago. After my first use, using a pre-programmed setting for a 15 minute "workout," the motor immediately malfunctioned (motor continuously runs, even when the power is off). I contacted the customer service, through the WhatsApp number they provided, and sent in a video of what was happening. I was told that their tech department was reviewing my video, and a couple days later they told me they were sending me a new Ellison vibration plate. I have asked for tracking of the new plate, but have not been notified that my new plate is on the way. If this one was just a bad apple, I would be fully satisfied with a new one. Hopefully, they will send me a functional one soon.
