The hardware provided is metric and an Allen key cannot be used.
All holes do not line up with counterpart. It took me about 5 hours to assemble not counting the glue drying time when misaligned holes caused the wood to split. Despite the warning to follow the pictures, they were confusing. Also, the hex screws were very difficult to operate with the tool provided. I had to buy new screws with a standard head slightly larger than the ones supplied which could end up splitting the wood. But I couldn't find a metric chisel screwdriver.
