Review on Americanflat 12X18 Black Picture Frame by Kyle Beaner

I was recommended to use these frames for my series of prints because of the wooden frame, its strength and attractive appearance. I was not disappointed in this aspect. It was easy to replace the standard print with my prints and then add hanging material and hang it on the wall with ease. The packaging that surrounded each frame exceeded all of my expectations. Each frame was individually wrapped in foam and then shrink-wrapped. I felt like they were serious about protecting my frames. The reason I gave them 4 stars out of 5 is that all the frames and lenses were pretty dirty like they were in a dirty warehouse and it rained a couple of times. The glass then had a thin layer of dirt and needed to be cleaned before hanging on the wall. Not much compared to buying a frame at a hardware store. In addition, one of the 4 frames ordered was broken. Didn't hear anything as it was neatly packaged and the packaging wasn't damaged but as soon as I opened it I stabbed myself with a piece of broken glass. I don't know if it was damaged before or during delivery but I'm going through the process to return it and order a new one. Despite the price and the damaged glass I would still order more of these frames from this seller. for framing with your own hands. UPDATE: I sent the damaged glass back, the return process was very easy and the money was refunded after UPS scanned the product. Then I spent the money and bought a new one. Not a penny lost! When I received the replacement unit it was as expected. Very happy with this part of the process.
