I like that it can integrate multiple applications at once, allowing me to monitor one person while working in another! The only thing is there's no option for scheduling when you want them online or offline other than setting up their availability as "active" vs inactive - this would be useful if they had more options beyond just active/inactve :) but otherwise great tool overall!! Would love some additional features such adding notes during chats & creating sub-chats within chat rooms so we don't have duplicate conversations going (we're using TeamViewer). We use TMW exclusively from our Salesforce instance which works well because all communication happens through SFDC anyway thus doesn’t require much work outside sales force automation platform itself ;).
