Easy Installation - Seat Covers & Accessories

I'm happy with them. As long as they stay. Ease of installation. The instructions had hooks and said to connect the elastic loops to the hooks but I didn't see any elastic loops. There was an elastic strap that went around the back of the seat and one that went under the seat. Both have a plastic snap closure. Like a belt bag. No complaints.
