Ordered these when my 6 year old lost an earring 2 days after being pierced. (In the meantime I used one of my earrings to keep it open.) When my package arrived it was empty so I scheduled an exchange and received a replacement a few days later, so from the time I got my first time placed Until I got it right it was probably 4 days, not that bad. They were very cute when they arrived, the screw top closures gave me confidence they would stay in place. They worked great in her newly pierced ears, were comfortable, we had no problems with inflammation or irritation. Unfortunately she lost another one here after a few weeks so I have to replace her again. I feel like if I had checked them more often to make sure they were tight this could have been avoided. All in all I would recommend this product.
