This product was exactly what I expected. I measured the circumference of my leg just above the knee and ordered the size listed. It also helped that I had a smaller brace before and remembered how tight it was on my leg (uncomfortable). Please note that this product is a brace and not an orthosis. I use it when my knee is tired or hurts from overuse. I have no serious problems, only the results of fifty years of activity!
