Such a practical dress for nursing. I bought 2 of those. The fabric is very soft - a bit thin but perfect for summer.For sizing, my bust is 39 inch and size M is perfect. It's a bit loose to make it comfortable. If you like a fitted style, you could probably even buy a size smaller.
