Edited for Update: I still love this product. However, now that I've had it for a while, I would like to say that I do not recommend it as a liner. Now for the artwork? Yes. 100% I bought these because I wanted to see if I could get them to work as an eyeliner and YES I CAN. The key is to use a small drop of water at a time and get a thick mixture, but not dry. With the thinnest brush in the set you can create winged eyeliner. I would not generally recommend using it around eyes near the waterline if you have very watery sensitive eyes as this product washes off with water very easily. But it looked great and didn't crack! I am curious to try Duraline and see if it can become waterproof! *However, not directly into the paint pot! This color palette is AWESOME for the money! Each pot can be removed from the tray and each pot has its own little lid! The set contains three very nice brushes, stencils and a color mixing chart. A wonderful palette. Highly recommended!
