I've been tasked at helping our Account team understand how people interact within the site they manage (both internal & external). This tool has enabled us have some very accurate figures of what content gets viewed most often by users - this information is invaluable when trying to improve user experience! There's nothing really bad about it so far for me personally but you'll need time/expertise working out which features suit your situation best before deciding whether there are any issues you're having to solve using the system itself. It does exactly what we needed it to do without requiring custom coding / development work from ourselves. A great piece of software overall allowing easy access to important stats such as pageviews etc., while also solving other problems i'm sure will arise down the line.
