Excellent Customer Service With Amazing Products

The best thing about lead to action it's that you can have many different options for each campaign or offer so there are no limits when using this tool! There isn't anything bad I dislike but sometimes they take too long between campaigns going live - which means we lose potential leads during those times as well. If used correctly then its an amazing resource. We use LTA mostly because their platform offers us all kinds of great features (such as customizing our own landing pages). It allows me personally be able to make changes whenever needed without having someone else handle them like other agencies might do. I appreciate that they have an excellent team who are always willing to help me when needed! The customer support staff can sometimes be slow but once you get through it's worth waiting for them because their knowledge base about Salesforce makes every interaction worthwhile :) They've been able solve issues both big & small without complaint or hesitation - which has made working here very easy over time (and not just from my previous experiences).

  • Customization ability/ease in making new stuff.
  • Helpful service reps available if questions ever arise at random, outage hours etc..They're usually pretty quick with replying back also.
  • Great documentation system; even better than SFDC itself
  • In addition:
  • Easy access via browser tab while still logged into sales force org
  • Allows multiple users' logins within same organization
  • Extremely helpful community forum where experts answer your question
Cons
  • I don't really have any dislikes about this, everything is just fine
