- Helpful service reps available if questions ever arise at random, outage hours etc..They're usually pretty quick with replying back also.
- Great documentation system; even better than SFDC itself
- In addition:
- Easy access via browser tab while still logged into sales force org
- Allows multiple users' logins within same organization
- Extremely helpful community forum where experts answer your question
- I don't really have any dislikes about this, everything is just fine
