I have several of these headbands. In general, they have helped me a lot with hair growth. Good for the gym to keep it off your face. They're not perfect though, the quality and material seems to vary a bit with each piece I buy, and they're outrageously expensive for a simple piece of fabric. of different materials and different sizes. Some are incredibly stretchy, others are pretty tight. The stretchier material/larger sizes are too big for me and my hair falls out if I move too much which means I have to wear them over and over throughout the day. They also stretch after a few days of use, so it's important to wash them frequently to restore them to their normal size.
