Almost identical to real containers for 21 days.

They are virtually identical to the more expensive 21 day BB containers. They are easy to clean by putting them straight into the dishwasher. Containers really help break down fats/carbs/proteins/etc. to distribute and eliminate the guesswork. The lids fit well and I have no complaints about this set. It also comes with a little booklet with some helpful tips, highly recommend!
