The quick launch menu is fine but it says you can go online for more detailed instructions. Online recommendations weren't much better. Everything seems fine, but when I checked the USB ports and the keyboard, they didn't work. Then I saw it got into SAFE MODE somehow. So I went into settings and found the reset menu. I did a factory reset which made it like new again. Everything was fine after that, but I had to restart some applications. So in terms of features, this is the best tablet out there when it works well. Could have had a few more applications, such as a file program, but that's really not a problem. I could give 5 stars if it weren't for a few things. I don't know about the battery life right now as I usually use it with the power cord plugged in. In addition to the small USB port, I really like the separate power connection. Make sure you remove external storage before resetting.
